Our Irvine based, global automobile client, has an immediate need for TEMPORARY Accounts Payable Analyst. Must be Orange County, CA resident.

Pay range: $26-29 p/h

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to AP related inquiries to the AP inbox including business units and vendors
• Process the invoices from the AP inbox to SAP
• Check Prints and Document Review
• Review, audit, inquire and approve the Employee Expense
• Checking/Reviewing duplicate payments and communicating with business units to figure out the reason and prevention plans
• Reviewing AP aging report and reports aging items to Sr. Financial Oversight & Disb. Manager

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable Experience
• Strong Understanding of Accounting principles which includes accounts payable process
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
• Experience in SAP, Preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and communication skills
• Experience in fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize work
